Feminem is the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival’s online PICK OF THE MONTH!
Inspired by her real life experience, Noemi Zeigler (aka Madeline Minx) reluctantly takes a substitute teaching gig at an inner-city community college. Much like the “Zelig” syndrome, Madeline Minx removes her yarmulka and Star of David, and dresses up like her idols Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Eminem and Madonna in an effort to gain her students’ approval. The students become the teacher when they encourage her to embrace her authentic self rather than imitate others.
We won the SLAM contest last night at Tourettes Without Regrets for our live debut of recently dropped rap-alicious single slash music video Feminem!
